Description: Workgroups is a new flexible way of organising operating units on a project in Peak. This new grouping mechanism means more control over projects and the ability to add additional granularity within individual sites and locations as required. For example grouping operatives by organisation, team or skills based. Workgroups are particularly useful in distributed working environments, for example where a team works across multiple projects in many different locations.

Description: Peak is now able to store all noise exposure data against User Profiles. This means that the history for an individual is preserved even if they change their headset multiple times. Profiling means that you can now quickly see an individuals noise exposure history and that this data persists across multiple sites and projects.

New Features Include: Workgroup Summaries (You can now quickly identify where your devices and operators are in each workgroup. The number of headsets and operators are now shown in two columns on the Manage Workgroups page.)

Description: New Monthly Reports are being introduced to allow a higher level summary and aggregation of the data from our currently Weekly Reports. Monthly reports will be delivered by email using the same opt in functionality in Peak.
Additionally a new user Role Reporting will now be available for those wishing to send their account reports automatically to other users. The Reporting user role can be restricted to specific WorkGroups and Sites.Features include: New ‘Reporting’ user Role & New Monthly Report (PDF)

Description: Reporting is being significantly improved in Peak with the addition of our API suite for Enterprise Reporting. This new Addon will allow for bespoke BI and Custom reporting projects to be configured.

Description: The ability to now communicate with Live chat with our support has now been added to Peak. If Agents are unavailable messages are converted into emails and tickets that can be logged and responded to.
